Fees

• I am a private-pay practice, which means I only accept payment for my services via cash, check, and all major credit cards.

• The initial diagnostic evaluation session is a one-time fee of $225.

• Subsequent 50-60 minute sessions are $190.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance directly, however I do provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your benefits, so I strongly recommend that you check with your insurance company if you plan to try to get reimbursed. Specifically, you want to inquire about the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• Does my insurance cover “out-of-network” providers?

• How much does my insurance cover, and how much is my deductible?

• How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
